Our products Key-Data Gold for property letting and management and Key-Data Pathways for property sales, allow your agency to upload available property and other information to the Internet with unsurpassed ease!  Simply tell the system to update your sites, and click the upload button! Our products fully automate the time-consuming task of keeping both your web-site and the property portal sites current and up-to date.

UNLIMITED Portal and Agent Site Unloading Package: £15.00 pcm

You will most probably wish to upload your 'Key-Data' property information to any number of the popular property portals.  Registering with these sites ensures that your portfolio will be viewed by a large number of possible clients on both a National and an International level. 'Key-Data Systems' have partnerships with the market leading portals, as well as with a number of free portals and can offer an automated upload procedure from within your 'Key-Data' product, (although where necessary you will still need to pay the portals for displaying your properties of course). Key-Data 'Internet Services' unlimited portal uploading is available for just £15.00 PCM. Additionally you can also automatically populate your own agent site using the universal Rightmove formatted datafeed.

The Ultimate Package £25.00 pcm
This is our most popular package and includes portal uploading and agent site uploading but additionally offers our landlord login feature... This allows your agency to automatically upload your landlord statement to your web-site and give your landlords a password so that they may login to their secure area to view and print account statements.

Key-Data Systems pride ourselves on our flexibility....Where our clients have a web-site designer that they like to use then we will work with that designer to achieve their requirements.

Where our client does not have a preferred web-site designer and would like us to design a site for them then we are happy to provide a quotation for this too.
